In relation to the ongoing investigation under the supervision of Sofia City Prosecutor’s Office /SCPO/ concerning the attempt of murdering Emilian Gebrev, Hristo Gebrev and V.T and in respect to the high public interest, the Press center of Prosecution’s Office of the Republic of Bulgaria presents the following additional information:
SCPO brought in absentia accusations against three people – the Russian citizens: SERGEY VIKTOROVICH PAVLOV, SERGEY VIACHESLAVOVICH FEDOTOV and GEORGI GORSHKOV.
In relation to the ongoing investigation under the supervision of Sofia City Prosecutor’s Office /SCPO/ concerning the attempt of murdering Emilian Gebrev, Hristo Gebrev and V.T and in respect to the high public interest, the Press center of Prosecution’s Office of the Republic of Bulgaria presents the following additional information:
SCPO brought in absentia accusations against three people – the Russian citizens: SERGEY VIKTOROVICH PAVLOV, SERGEY VIACHESLAVOVICH FEDOTOV and GEORGI GORSHKOV.
In the course of the investigation it was found that the above-mentioned people have never undertaken trips outside their home country under their real identity. In the years they have used different international passports with a fake identity. For the defendant Sergey Viktorovich Pavlov it was established that he used the identity of a person with initials S.V.L. For the defendant Sergey Viacheslavovich Fedotov it was found that he used the identity of a person with initials D.V.S. For the defendant Georgi Gorshkov it was found that he used the identity of a person with initials E.A.G. Currently the three defendants are living in Moscow, Russia.
The investigators collected data also for four other attempted assassinations against Emilian Gebrev – occurred before the investigations of Sofia City Prosecutor’s Office /SCPO/. It was ascertain that two of them carried out outside of Bulgaria, without any claims by Emilian Gebrev against them.
