Project "Mutual recognition of freezing and confiscation orders between efficiency and the rule of law" (RECOVER)

The Prosecutor's Office of the Republic of Bulgaria is a partner in the project "Mutual recognition of freezing and confiscation orders between efficiency and the rule of law" (RECOVER), financed under the Justice Program of the European Commission. The project, which started on 1 December 2022 and has a 24-month implementation period, aims to improve the implementation of Regulation (EU) 1805/2018 on the mutual recognition of freezing orders and confiscation orders.
