Today, November 16, 2022, a working lunch was held between Borislav Sarafov, Deputy Prosecutor General and Director of the National Investigation Service and Max Hill, Director of Public Prosecutions of England and Wales.
During the meeting, the perspectives on cooperation between the Prosecutor's Office of the Republic of Bulgaria and the Public Prosecution of England and Wales were discussed. Mutual commitments were made for participation in joint projects and trainings in the field of fighting crime, international exchange in the fight against cybercrime, cooperation on specific cases.
The provision of specialized software for countering cybercrime to the National Investigation Service was also agreed upon.
