Today, 11.02.2022, the Appellate Specialized Prosecutor’s Office and Specialized Prosecutor's Office sent to the Ministry of Justice a negative opinions on the draft law for amendment and supplementation to the Judiciary Authority Act and the planned closure of the specialized justice.
The opinion of the Appellate Specialised Prosecutor’s Office and Specialized Prosecutor's Office will be sent to the European Commission and the European Parliament with a view to the European Rule of Law Mechanism.
