Prosecutor General Ivan Geshev and the leadership of the Prosecutor's Office of the Republic of Bulgaria welcome the initiative of the Association of Prosecutors and the Chamber of Investigators to set up a monument of the US President Woodrow Wilson in Sofia as a sign of gratitude of the Bulgarian people for his merits for the national sovereignty and territorial integrity of our country.
The Prosecutor’s Office of the Republic of Bulgaria hopes that the initiative of the two professional organizations of magistrates will receive broad public and institutional support. This will be a sign that the Bulgarian people know and remember the work of Woodrow Wilson, who, in addition to his remarkable diplomatic achievements, has won a place in history as a brilliant doctor of history, a man of modern and humane thinking and a fighter for peace.
