In relation to the press release on the official web-page of the Prosecutor’s Office of the Republic of Bulgaria on 10th December 2019 /https://www.prb.bg/bg/news/aktualno/pressyob-sht-enie-57 / and taking into account the high public interest in the investigation of Sofia City Prosecutor’s Office for the attempted murder by poisoning of Emiliyan Gebrev, Director General and owner of EMKO OOD; his son Hristo Gebrev and V.T., Director of Production Department of EMKO OOD, the Press center of the Prosecutor’s Office of the Republic of Bulgaria submits records from the security cameras of the association underground parking.
According to the analysis of the records of the security cameras it becomes clear that a masked person is moving between the cars of the Association. In this regard a video-technical expertise was commissioned to the FBI laboratory for an identification of the person involved in the crime.
The records аrе presented after the permission of the supervising prosecutor according to Article 198 (1) of Criminal Procedure Code.
Prosecutor's Office of the Republic of Bulgaria will continue to inform Bulgarian citizens in cases of high public interest if the information does not represent state or other secret, protected by law and does not impede the actions.
